About CoMo Rentals

The idea for CoMo Rentals came from my own frustrating and time-consuming efforts to find places to rent.

Online and newspaper classifieds are - in my opinion - too brief and leave many questions unanswered.  After finding an ad that sounds right, prospective tenants can spend days or weeks contacting landlords or property management companies asking the same questions.  "Are pets allowed?"  "Does it have hardwood floors?"  "What utilities are included?"  And so forth.  Likewise, landowners spend countless hours answering these questions - usually at the expense of their free time.

CoMo Rentals seeks to remedy that situation.  By maximizing the amount of information publicly available, both parties can save valuable time and money.

Renting a place initially involves three things: finding a new place to live, getting it, and moving in.  CoMo Rentals can't help you get the place or move in, but I hope to make the process a lot easier.
